وما تقدر تسوي يوزر جديد علشان النظام ما يقبل تدبيل المعلومات !!

I'm one of King Abdullah Scholarship Program (KASP) studens ...
I have schedueled an appointment on June (moalzahrani1) but I want to make a new appointment since you have designed

new scheduels specially for KASP students ..

My problem is that I could not have access to my account because I forgot the password even trying to get back the password by answering the secret question was useless because I forgot the answer either , so I purchased a new username ( moalzahrani & moalzahrani11 ) to fix a time for the interview but it didn't work because the accounts give the same message which is "lblDuplicateAppointment" ,
Now ,the problem is that i am not able to make a new appointmen since i haven't cancelled the previous one and concurently i cant log in to the other account since I have lost the password ...
I have been told to purchased a new user - which is( moalzahrani1111 )- throw this page https://ksa.us-visaservices.com/Form...GroupUser.aspx and enter the KASP ID Number and National ID Number ...
Besides getting 160 form conformation number which is( AA00027Q7N ) and I did all those requrments but I had also the same message
"lblDuplicateAppointment" ... so I could not have appointment for the interview ...
I'm KASP student ... Kindelly,I do need to be in the KASP appointment date in one day of the six day which are spical for KASP students ...
I wish I can have your reply soon so that i can get my appointment as soon as possible

اذا السفارة ماتقدر تدخ وتلغي حسابي الاول اللي عليه موعدي القديم او تعلدله من اللي يقدر اجلس انتظر لموعد بعد ثلاث او اربعة اشهر والمواعيد متاحة لي خلال اسبوعين!!!!!!
