حبيت انبهكم عند الحجز تأكد مافيه شرط "” Prepayment لانهم راح يحسبو عليك ليله كامله بعد الحجز. انا اشتكيت على بوكينق لان شرط الالغاء يقول عكس الكلام بمعنى مافيه اي مبالغ تشطرط على الحجز مادام قبل يومين الوصول.
هل فيه احد واجه نفس المشكله؟
Prepayment
· 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
· If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
· If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Cancellation cost:
· until July 11, 2011 11:59 PM : MYR 0
· from July 12, 2011 12:00 AM : MYR xxxx
