أحياناً تتأخر عملية الشراء بالظهور على بيانات البطاقة وهذه تحصل معي في بطاقتي الاهلي مسبقة الدفع ماستر كارد

انا حصلي مثلك اخي الكريم سحبو المبلغ في البدايه ومن ثم تم ارجاعه الى حسابي ولااعلم ماسبب اتصلت عليهم وقلولي حجزي كل شي تمام وحتى عن طريق الموقع تبعهم كل شي تمام ولكن الى الآن لم يتم سحب المبلغ ولا اعلم ما المشكلة ولكن ان اشاء الله امر على مكتبهم في كولالمبور عند الوصول اذا لم يسحبو المبلغ على فكرة انا لم اتكلم معهم عن طريق الهاتف عن هذه المشكلة لأن اللغه عندي مشي حالك .

نعم اخي فارس اتتني نفس الرسالة بس يوجد ملف فوق هذه الرساله على اليسار بالون الأزرقل Txt قم بضغط عليه ومن ثم حفظه وسوف تجد كل بيانتك فيه (ملاحظة لفتح هذا المستند لازم توفر برنامج Pdf ) هذا هو الإصال او السند الذي يتم تقديمه لقص التذكرة
