I'm a student from Saudi Arabia, and I got condition admission from SAOTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY. My I-20 start on 8/18/2006 and I can not come to the USA on this date . Now, I would like to tell you that
the Ministry of higher Education delay the scholarship until 9/2/2006.
So, I prefer to renew my I-20 to after september 2006.
