Look, San Diego is one of the most beautiful cities in the US. It is expensive though. I money is not a problem with you, i strongly advise you to go to San Diego, you will love it there
San Jose , California is nice too. Most of Calfornia cities are expensive
San Diego is a large city but it is still safe.
Dont even think about Indiana. It is very boring . it is very cheap and safe but you will not enjoy your time there

Iintend to study master degree in USA at Detroit Michigan any advice to me it will help me alot

Let me tell you something. I dont want to make you scared but Detroit is ranked as the most dangerious city in the US in 2004. There are a lot of african-american people there and longs of gangs.
There are still lots of Arabs and Muslims in Detroit, if you want my advise, go to Michigan State University at Lansing or University of Michigan at Dearborn. U. of Michigan at Ann Arbor is a very tough school, if you can make it there and study hard, then it should be your #1 school

I Want To Mention Somthing There Are More Than The Reputation Of The University For An Example The Student Him Self Can Be More Active In His Studies
I Knew Many Students Graduated From Fine Universities And Now They Are Leaders In Thier Feilds.
The Section That The Student Intend To Study And The Supervisor Are More Important Than The University It Self.

I agree with your point but let me ask you a simple question. Why are you studying in college. Lots of people say to find a good job or to fullfill my dreams right. It all goes back to the job market here in saudi which is very hard now. I'm telling you to go to a school that has a good name in Saudi so you can find a good job when you come back
I went to a hard school, which is University of Missouri, but they dont have a high reputation here in Saudi. Also, it was not easy to get a high GPA, i started my first semister with about 20 arab friend, only about 13 managed to graduate. Then, when i came back to Saudi, Comanies didnt appreciate my school, they just looked at the GPA. However, if i wen to an easy school like Tulsa University of Florida Tech where i could've gotten a very high GPA, Saudi companies would have said that I am smart
Anways, so my point here is if you gonna go to a hard school, then why not go to a one that has a good name too because it will help you in your career
Who you gonna be in 10 years depend on your skills not your school. However, get the job first,

engineering staff from UK ,India and from philpenes
at least i havew to spend fifteen yaers in the government before joining the private works.
during this time i will gain more experence which will support me alot.
as i said befor how is the city nad the area surrounding the University or the district if you have a good information about it

I like to say that the person should look for the course before the University
So if i want to study for bachelor ,master or PHD degree i have to study the market first and it's our market not the USA market or UK ....
This is depend on the person who like to study or the government if they send him to study specific thing.
But as far as i know that the M.O.H.E in K.S.A gives good chances for a lot of people to study and they does not force them to work in certain places they have their own chooses.
