Advance planning and early application are important, since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. If you plan to apply for a nonimmigrant visa to come to the United States, make your appointment early.

If you want an appointment in Riyadh, call the American Embassy Appointment Desk at 488-1472 and 488-7678 between 0900-1200 and 1300-1600 hours.
By Fax:
Alternatively, you may fax an appointment request at 488-7275. Please be sure you include the following information in your fax:

• Xerox copy of passport s first page (must include biographical data)
• Your full name
• Your telephone number
• Your PO Box number
• Your email address
• The type of visa you are requesting (student, tourist, etc).

By Email:
Applicants may email requests for appointments to [email protected] Applicants must include

• The subject line must indicate the visa type (student, tourist, medical) & date of travel
• In the body of the email include:

Your passport number,
Your Full name as it appears on the passport
The passport issue date
The passport expiration date
Your Date of Birth
Your home and mobile telephone number.
