In the mid- and high season we renting only weekly-wyse (sa-sa or su-su = weekend-weekend) = charge weekly-rate but we will make an exception for you !

Reservations/booking requierements:
1. contract (with informations) and payments:
a) your name and adress of residenz:
> we need your firstname and name, address to writing the contract (after then the contract will be sended by eMail).!
The road description (how to find us) etc. is writen in our contract.
b) we ask you kindly to remit a down payment of a third of the total amount,
our bank account details are on our contract!
c) Sorry, we don't accept creditcards!
d) payment of the remaining two thirds of the rental price:
Payment is due cash upon arrival.
2. cancellation policy:
Should anything occur to prevent you from travelling you are anyway obliged to pay the contracted sum except another party will book for the same period and
replace your booking. All other conditions are according to the Swiss Obligation Law.
Optionally you can insure yourself for annulment, please find more informations at the end of our contract. To confirm this
insurance, please sign there a second time. The premium for the insurance is 4% of the rent. We will fill the form for you
upon returning the signed contract.
