ودزتلي صور الشقه على ايميلي وحجزتها في طريقتين
يا على الفيزا او تحولين لفلوس لحسابهم مباشر ومادفعت المبلغ كامل
فقط قيمة العقد وكل مكتب على حسب شروطه

حطي الرابط الشقه ..
وبنقولج وشلون الدفع ..

طبعا حسب سياسة الفندق او المكتب
بعضهم يبون كاش لكن يحجزون على مبلغ من الفيزا
وبعضهم ماياخذون شي لكن يطلبون رقم الفيزا كضمان
وبعضهم ياخذون فلوسهم مقدم

يعني اللي فهمته منكم انه يسحبون الفلوس على طول
مو بس ياخذون رقم الكريديت كارد وهناك يسحبون نفس الفنادق
مشكورين اللي ردوا ما قصرتوا

وفي مكان حط رقم الفيزا كظمان في حال انج ماحضرتي راح يخصم مبلغ معين
لو تبين انشوفلج حطيلنا اسم الفندق وانا بطلعه وبشوف شنو طريقتهم

Booking Terms

Booking Procedure

The Grand Plaza Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges

For stays of 1–13 nights, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
For stays of 14–30 nights payment will be due in full 8 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than eight days prior to arrival.
For stays of over 30 nights the first month's payment will be due in full 8 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than eight days prior to arrival. Successive payments will be made monthly, in advance.
For stays of over 90 nights payment for the first month will be due 15 days prior to arrival, or immediately for bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival. Successive payments will be made monthly, in advance.
Please note that there is an additional 2% handling charge for payments made by credit card.
Payment
For stays of 1-13 nights, payment is due in full on arrival.
For all stays of 14 nights or more, payment will be made prior to arrival (see above.)
Security Deposit
For stays of 1-13 nights, no security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
For stays of 14 nights or more, a deposit will be required on arrival. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure, unless any deductions are made for incidental expenses or damages.
For stays of 14-90 nights, the deposit will be £250.
For stays of 91 nights or more, the deposit will be £500.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Grand Plaza Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-13 nights, notification of cancellation is required prior to 12 noon on the day of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
For stays of between 14 and 90 nights, notification of cancellation is required at least 8 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 91 or more days, notification of cancellation is required at least 15 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
For stays during Wimbledon which are booked at the special rates, cancellation at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay
