Method of Payment

You can Handover The Total Payment in US$ Currency Notes (US$ 100 Notes, please) on arrival at the Colombo Airport and an Official Receipt will be issued to you and immediately we will be settling your Hotel Accommodation Bills to the Respective Colombo Offices.
We never ask our clients to make the payments in advance as we always work based on the Mutual Trust & Friendship. However kindly don't Cancel the Booking at the last minute for any reason as we are Liable for the Cancellation Charges to the Hotels for your Total Period after we Confirm the Bookings to them.

DAY 01 : AIRPORT / BENTOTA
Meet on arrival and transfer from Airport to Bentota via Colombo.

Transfer from Bentota to Pinnawala.

The Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage, established in 1975, commenced with seven orphans. Today some of these orphans enjoy the fortune of seeing their grandchildren born in the same location. The original objective of establishing the orphanage inclined more towards tourism, but is soon became a conservation and educational centre. With the help of local and foreign elephant experts, Pinnawela started a scientific captive-breeding programme for elephants. The free movement of the herd enhanced the chances for respective individuals of both sexes to get together and mate. The nearby river played a dominant role in this regard, and in 1984, the first baby of Pinnawela was born.

Transfer from Pinnawala to Kandy.

Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site. The name "Kandy" conjures visions of splendour and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy lake built by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary. Also visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy. Thereafter witness a cultural show.

DAY 04 : KANDY / COLOMBO

Transfer from Kandy to Colombo.

Do a city tour of Colombo. Colombo like many capital cities in developing countries is fast changing its face. Almost overnight, skyscrapers arise from where old buildings once stood. Yet in some parts, the old world charm is retained. For example, there is a 100-year-old clock tower and several British built colonial buildings. Other places of interest are the Pettah bazaar - where one can shop for bargain, a Hindu and a Buddhist temple, residential areas where you find the stately homes of the affluent, the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH)- an outright gift to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China.

Cancellation Charges :
a.) 5 days or less - 100% cancellation charge.
b.) Between 6 days and 14 days - 50% cancellation charges or the *****alent of the first two days
charges depending on the programme and period of stay.
c.) Above 15 days - No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are
made to 3rd parties.
Hotel rules and regulations :
The official check-in time at all hotels will be 1200hrs.
The official check-out time at all hotels will be 1100hrs.
Cancellation policy will be applicable for any reduction of rooms after the release period.
Visas :

Airport Tax :
Cost of Airport tax is included to the flight ticket. However, this could differ for Charter flights.

Day 1 –

You will be met on arrival and driven to Kandy. 3 hours from the Katunayake Bandaranaike International Airport and spend the day exploring Kandy. A lively city, Kandy is surrounded by rolling hills and forest. The last capital of the Singhalese Kingdom, this hill country city is famed for its lake and the Temple of the Tooth.
On your way you can have a chance to visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage where the abandoned and the wounded elephants are housed. The best time to visit is in the morning between 9.15 – 9.30am and 1.15 – 1.30pm where elephants are being fed, and then taken for bathing from 10am-12noon and 2pm – 4pm.
If you are at the orphanage for lunch sit at one of the restaurants by the river whilst watching the elephant bathe or drive you’re your hotel and have lunch on arrival.
Thereafter proceed to Kandy and visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens are within 30 minutes of Kandy, and are also home to the enormous fruit bats who hang from the tree tops as they sleep during daytime.
You could also visit a traditional arts & crafts centre, a gem museum. (These are quite touristy however totally up to you)
This evening you could visit the Temple of the Tooth, resting place of the country's most precious Buddhist relic. Set on the banks of the lake, and surrounded by moat. (This is up to you to decide)

Day 2 -
Today depart Kandy to Bentota.
Bentota’s beach is one of the best of the west coast, protected from Galle road by the broad sweep of the Bentota Ganga.

Day 3-

Depart Bentota and drive directly to Colombo. You can relax at the hotel or go for a brief city tour covering Fort, Pettah, goldsmith’s shops, Dutch Church at Wolfendal, Davatagaha Mosque, Independence Hall, & BMICH.
Accommodation: Ceylon Continental Hotel – Standard room – Half Board Basis
Transport: Air conditioned van and English speaking chauffeur
Day 4-
Relax your self!
