According to our Terms and Conditions, we do not guarantee car model / type of fuel but only the category booked. However I add a note on behalf our station's staff regarding your preference. They will accommodate when possible.
I would also like to remind you not to forget to bring your Consulate card delivered by the French Embassy.
Without this card, you will not be able to entitle the 15% discount at the desk.

For the 15% discount, is it only for consulate employees ?
If I don't bring the consulate card, is the price will be more than I booked (which is 429 eur) ? if so please advise how much ?
For the disel auto car, I deeply appreciate your effort to emphasis having the disel auto car.

The card is not only for consulate employee but for people who has an EXPATRIATE status.
As for your case, you shoud have the French nationality and working in Saudi Arabia possesing French Consulate card.
If you dont have the card the total rate will be at 327.02 EUR/1740.03 SAR .
Please note that if it is the case you should modify the booking before the pick up as it may be totally be refused there.
I put a note for the diesel preference in your booking.

Sorry for the misleading, you don't have to be French, but you have to provide a proof at counter that you are well an expatriate, as per the terms and conditions displayed on the http://www.europcar.com website.

Terms & Conditions

The Expat Drive program includes taxes, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver, License and Fees. Except for US and Canadian residents who have rates which are exclusive of Collision Damage Waiver & Theft Waiver since the coverage is given via your credit card.

One more question regarding not having the French Consulate card, what do you mean by " it may be totally be refused there" ?
Do you mean the price of the car may raise to 1740 SAR ?
or they may not give me a car because of not having the card?

The expatriate rate may not be accepted at pick up time if you can't prove that you are an expatriate.

What I'm afraid of, ifI don't prove that I'm expatriate you will not give me the car at pick up time which I'll be in trouble.
Now I understand that:
1- If I prove that I'm expatriate the price will be 1517.34 SAR.
2- If I don't prove, for sure I'll have the car but with price of 1740.03 SAR.
Please confirm that my understanding is right ?

With Expat rate booking will be at 327.02 EUR/1740.03 SAR
