We need to ask abut a visa working time for my new baby daughter.
We are already has a visa, and we planed to travel after 3 weeks to US.
Can we issue her visa before 3 weeks?

Send in a completed application with her passport, a natural photo, the payment receipt via Fed Ex with a return airway bill. Indicate your passport numbers and indicated that you are the parents and when you need to travel (very important!)
If you are students on an F-1 visa and she will be an F-2 then she would also need her own original I-20 from the school and we would also need to see this document, but you did not provide any information on the type of visa you are traveling to the US on. This should take about a week to 10 days to get it back to you so do not delay.
