السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
كنت على وشك أن استخرج تأشيرة من سفارة النمسا
ولكن ظروفي لم تسمح لي بالسفر للرياض
وسلمت أوراقي لأحد المكاتب في مدينة جدة ليطلعها من السفارة الفرنسية
دعواتكم أنها تطلع هذه الأيام
وكنت قد طلبت أحد الأخوات أن تعد لي خطاباً لمخاطبة الفنادق والشقق التي سوف اسكن فيها في النمسا
لكني لم استفيد من هذا الخطاب
وحبيت طرحه في المنتدى كي يستفيد منه الكثير
وطلبي الدعاء لمن كتب هذا الخطاب
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
As part of issuing the Schengen Visa, the Austrian Embassy has requested a confirmation letter of a hotel reservation that proves my status. Would you please Fax me an official confirmation letter ASAP. The letter should be written and signed on your official business letterhead stationery. Please make sure all details are provided (including reservation number, total nights' number, duration of the stay, date of check in/ checkout, and total guests’ number).
If there is a charge for sending this fax, please deduct the amount from my credit card.

كتب هذا الخطاب وأقول سلمت أناملها ، والله من جد على هالتعقيد
مو خطاب واحد بنرسل الظاهر خطابات ربك يعين عليهم ..
