Since your application has been pending for a long time we have decided that you need to apply again .
1- You need to fill out a NEW DS-160.
2- You have to bring a recent photograph taken within the last 3 months, and all documents needed ( employer’s letter, Bank statement , new purpose of trip if any etc, ...).
3- You do NOT need to pay again for a Samba receipt. –
4- You need to mention to the person receiving your application at the window that you have a pending application since February 2011.
5- We are scheduling your appointment on Monday , September + at 9:00 a.m. Please advise if this is a suitable applointment for you.
