من المعتاد أن تجد أخي المبتعث الكريم هذه الكلمة " حلال" (Halal ) وذلك على جميع المنتجات الحلال و على محلات الجزارة التى تقدم لحوم الدجاج أو الأغنام المذبوحة وفقا لشريعة الإسلامية, حيث يقوم المجلس الإسلامي في أستراليا بإعطاء الفسوحات للمحلات التي تقدم هذه المنتجات أو اللحوم. وتنتشر تلك المنتجات وكذلك اللحوم الحلال في أغلب المتاجر والمدن الأسترالية, وخاصة في سدني وملبورن وكذلك في بيرث وذلك لكثرة الجالية المسلمة في هذه المدن فليس هناك والحمد لله أي صعوبة في الحصول عليها. وفي بيرث يقوم الكثيرون من الأخوة من الجالية المسلمة بالعمل في توفير هذه اللحوم فيمكن طلب " ذبيحة كاملة " يتم توصيلها الي بيت صاحب الطلب بمبلغ لا يتجاوز 50 دولار أستراليا, هذا ويمكن الرجوع الى موقع
