I am a Saudi student who is admitted to the institute of English language at your university, and supposed to attend the first day of the program on the 26th of Jun. However, I would be grateful if you could delay the noted date until September 25 that the Ministry of Higher Education has postponed issuing all the official forms of scholarships. As for my information and address for visa matters (I-20) nothing has changed.
