All services/hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking
Hotels will provide Meals according to the type of Room & Basis booked (for example Single 1 Meal, Double 2 Meals & triple 3 Meals) If any children sharing the rooms hotel may charge extra direct from Guest for meals or extra beds if it exceed the limit from allocated type of room and basis.
Children policy adopted by Hotels - 00-01.9 Years Infant / 02-04.9 Years Child FOC Basis / 05-11.9 Years Child 50% Charge / above 12 years considered as Adults and Full Charge.
If any hotels unavailable for a particular date we will try to change the date of staying according to the availability of hotel if possible or will arrange an alternative hotel on same standard in order to secure other hotels rooms according the program. We will take all measure to stick to the exact program & route as much as possible.
We will provide you very good standard rooms and request all hotels to give the best view room free of charge within the standard room type we book. However if guest need Confirmed view may have to pay the charges since All hotels will charge supplement for the Special view Rooms such as Hill View, Sea View, Pool View, Front View, lake View, Higher Floor etc.
Please note that July / August is a peak period and it is always advice that you confirm very early to get the exact hotels. Further from 27th July to 06 August at Kandy Buddhist Festival is scheduled which will be a pageant with more than 100 Elephants. During this period (11 days) all hotels in Kandy charge a Supplement.
Winter period starts from 01 November to 31 March and during this period all hotels increase the rates and demand an advance payment to confirm rooms in peak period. Also hotels will charge a compulsory supplement per person for Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December and New Year Eve Dinner on 31st December whether guest have the meal or not.

(Drive will sleep at the Drivers room which is given free for driver only in each hotel and food and gasoline provided for the driver by Jetwing. Clients don’t need to pay for this.)
