We as owner of the apartment received the booking for the apartment you made by Booking Com .
For the period: *** august/*** september 2012
We can offer you if you want , beside the end cleaning= € 140,==, extra cleaning for € 70,== / cleaning.
The price for a towel set is € 3,50 ( bath towel , normal towel) and bed linen € 8, == / set .
Tourist tax = € 1,20 / day /person elder then 15 years old.
To help the housekeeping to make the best preparation of the apartment we would like to hear from you how many people you are and if you want to rent the towels and bed linen .
Could you also give your estimated arrival time in Zell am See.
The payment of all above mentioned can be made cash or by credit card by the housekeeper in Zell am See.
Due to an problem with the power supply of our computer system did we lose the data of your credit card.
We kindly ask you to renew this data in your present booking with Booking. Com.
You also can phone me to give the data by phone. Pease do not do this by normal e-mail, because this is not secure

لكن الافضل انكم ترسلون رسالة الى بوكنج ..وتقولون لهم وصلنا الايميل هذا من صاحب الشقق.
وما هي الاجراءات المطلوبة في مثل هذه الحالة؟
