انا عندي مشكله عويصه وهي
عندي بطاقة فيزا حدها الائتماني 7500 ريال
حولت لها مبلغ 5000 ريال
وانا كنت اضن ان المبلغ راح يتحول بالفيزا مباشره
حجزت كم فندق بس الدفع ( pay at hotel )
لما حجزت اخر فندقين

بعدها اتصلت في البنك وقالي انك تجاوزت حدك الائتماني 7500
قلت له : حولت 5000 ريال الى الفيزا
قال : السداد لم يصل بعد وقال عندك مبالغ معلقه 3 عمليات
لكن لم يخبرني ما هي المبالغ المعلقه فقط المبلغ والتاريخ
وانا لا اعلم ماهي المبالغ المعلقه هل هي
الفنادق اللي ( pay at hotel )
ام الفندقين اللي تكنسلوا
لذلك ماذا افعل اذا توفرت النقود في بطاقتي
تكفون ساعدوني
السبت رحلتي وبكرا اخر دوام البنوك
اسم البنك الاتتعامل معاه
جميع البنوك في كشف الحساب عن طريق النت تظهر العمليات المعلقه
وكمان الهاتف المصرفي للبنك
