Features: The Hollywood Walk of Fame is an 18-block series of sidewalks along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, USA which serves as a permanent public monument to achievement in the entertainment industry. The Walk features more than 2,400 large 5-pointed terrazzo and brass stars which are embedded at 6-foot intervals in the sidewalk. The stars bear the names of an eclectic mix of actors, musicians, directors, producers, musical and theatrical groups, fictional characters, and others. Hollywood Boulevard also has many other attractions and museums, including the Hollywood Wax Museum and Kodak Theatre.
